ITEM(S) IN MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED
WE GUARANTEE THAT ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WILL BE REPLACED ONCE YOU NOTIFY US. We ask that you take a photo of the item, clearly showing the damage incurred and email it to sales@thelasergiftshop.co.uk. Please include details of your order such as your order no or email address and we would send a replacement product.
WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR CUSTOMISING MY GIFT
Absolutely not. All our gift items are personalised for free. Should you choose to not have your gifts personalised, simply write N/A in the message box at checkout

Please note that if your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER
Non personalised gifts may be returned for a refund or replacement- initial postage fee (if posted for free) may be deducted from refund. Additional postage costs shall apply in the case of a replacement.
Please note that our return policy does not apply to items which have been personalised or custom made for you or if you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process.
Should you wish to return a non personalised item, please contact us on sales@thelasergiftshop.co.uk for a unique returns reference number and applicable postal address
Refunds usually take up to 2-3 working days once received and checked by us
WRONG PERSONALISATION OR SPELLING ERROR
We always personalise your gifts as you've requested during the order process. Messages are always copied and pasted as this helps minimise errors. Please double check your messages and that the size of the product ordered is suitable before completing your order.

I FORGOT TO ORDER ANOTHER PRODUCT. CAN I ADD IT TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to add more items to your order once production starts as dispatch is always immediately after. Therefore you'll need to create another order.
