What happens if i’m not happy with the product and i want a refund?
We will always try to resolve any issue you may have and possibly offer to send you a replacement if we make an error of things.
Our products are personalised and made to order hence, they can’t be returned simply because you change your mind.However, you can get a full refund if:
A – We have sent you a wrong item and you simply want to be refunded
B – You inform us immediately that you have changed your mind, before we start the production process. The turnaround to produce your order is quite quick, (usually within 15-30 minutes) so please note we retain the right to refuse a cancellation request once production is in process.
How do I cancel my order?
We understand you can have a change of heart after completing checkout and may want to cancel.
Simply contact us immediately (usually within 15 minutes) after the purchase by sending a reply from your order confirmation email which you would have received, and request for a cancellation.We will acknowledge your order cancellation request and then process the cancellation.
It can take up to 48 hours for the money to be refunded to you.Please note, we may decline an order cancellation request if production has started.
When will my refund be processed?
Within 48hrs if we haven’t yet sent out the item(s).In the case of returning a wrong item, a refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item back.
Non personalised gifts may be returned within 7 days for a refund or replacement. Additional postage costs shall apply in the case of a replacement.
Please note that our return policy does not apply to items which have been personalised or custom made for you or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process.

We process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item, but it may not reflect in your bank account for a few days- usually between 3-5 working days.
