WHAT MATERIAL OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Depending om the product item, We offer Acrlyic or Wood. We use various types of wood- such as MDF, oak veneered wood, Birch plywood, Polar plywood. The wood we use is dependent on the product being purchased

WHAT CUSTOMISATION OPTIONS CAN I PROVIDE?

Depending on the product option, you can choose/provide text to write, font, colour, size and material. Please note emojis should not be included in the text

WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR CUSTOMISING MY GIFT?

Absolutely not. All our gift items are personalised at no additional cost to you.
Should you choose to not have your gifts personalised, simply write in ‘N/A’ in the message box provided.

CAN I HAVE THE GIFT SENT DIRECTLY TO ANOTHER PERSON?

Yes, you can. We can send it item directly to the intended recipient on your behalf. Ensure the recipient’s address is the address you input in the “delivery address” section.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled after purchase if you change your mind. Simply email us immediately and request the cancellation and a refund will be processed. Please note that once your order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel.

WHAT CAN BE DONE IF MY GIFT(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED?

We guarantee that any items damaged in transit will be replaced immediately if you notify us within 24 hours of its arrival. We may ask that you take a photo of the item, clearly showing the damage incurred and email it to us at: orders@thelasergiftshop.co.uk
Please include details such as your name and order number, and we would send you a replacement.

WRONG PERSONALISATION OR SPELLING ERROR

All gift personalisation messages are always copied and pasted as sent to remove/minimise errors. Kindly double check your messages and also ensure that the font and size selected is suitable before completing your order. Please take note of text capitalisation as not all messages in script font look as good

I FORGOT TO ORDER ANOTHER PRODUCT. CAN I ADD IT TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to add more items to your order once production starts to avoid delay to your dispatch schedule. Kindly complete another order for the additional item(s).

Return Policy:

Non personalised gifts may be returned within 7 days for a refund or replacement. Additional postage costs shall apply in the case of a replacement.

Please note that our return policy does not apply to items which have been personalised or custom made for you or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process. 

Should you wish to return a non personalised item, please contact us at: orders@thelasergiftshop.co.uk for a unique returns reference number and applicable postal address

We process refunds within 24 hours of receiving the item, but it may not reflect in your bank account for a few days- usually between to 3-5 working days.
